From a small town dreamer to one of Boston’s most sought after colorists, Emily’s journey as always been guided by creativity, ambition and relentlessness. After moving to Boston at 18, she immersed herself in the city’s most prestigious salons. Truly dedicating herself to mastering color theory, industry leading techniques and top notch client experiences. Now, with 15+ years’ experience and continual education, Emily has become known for creating effortlessly elevated, high end results.
Today, Emily is a proud Co-owner at LUXE LAB Studio specializing in lived in color, free hand balayage, blonding techniques, traditional foiling and precision haircuts. Emily is certified in Bellami Hair Extension methods including K-Tip, I-Tip, Hand-Tied, and Tape-In.
Emily’s approach is equally visionary and meticulous, she works one on one with each guest to create realistic, transformative results that elevate and last beyond the salon chair. Her dedication to detail and passion for perfection have earned her a loyal following with strong long-lasting relationships over the years.
Outside of the salon, Emily is endlessly inspire by the world surrounding her. She is a dog mom to Jaxson, the salon’s mascot and her sidekick. A passionate traveler who thrives in exploring new countries, cultures and coastlines. Whether she is chasing the sun or trying different foods across the world, Emily brings that same energy when she is behind the chair.,
ARIELLE MOYNIHAN

Hair Styling has always been a clear and vibrant second nature for Arielle, Co-Owner of LUXE LAB studio. Having extensive years of experience and training in this industry, she prides herself on asking the proper questions to understand what best fits each individual clients’ lifestyle. She specializes in all Custom Color techniques— Precise foiling, Highlights, Blonding, Balayage, Gray blending, + lived-in Haircuts. In addition, she is a Bellami Master Extension certified artist.
Arielle's creative eye for detail and precision helps determine the best possible approach to a beautiful and practical result for every person, providing lasting consistency between each visit to the salon. Her genuine love for hair is demonstrated by her commitment to using high quality color + products. This results in her clients having the healthiest hair imaginable. By continuing her education and having worked with Boston's top stylists and acclaimed brands, she feels confident that you will look & feel your best every time you leave her chair!

Senior STYLIST
Erica is your go-to stylist for dimensional color, stunning blondes and flawless foiling techniques. When it comes to giving clients a look they’ll love, Erica always delivers! Not to mention her signature bouncy blowouts that last for days!
With 12+ years of experience in the Boston scene, training and working at some of Boston’s top salons, she brings a refined eye and elevated approach to every service.
Having trained with Vidal Sassoon and Toni and Guy, Erica specializes in precision cutting and advanced color placement. She is well versed in both Wella and Goldwell color lines and knows exactly how to create bright, natural looking blondes that feel effortless.
kIMBERLY cALOURO

Whether you are looking to keep it simple or make a major change, Senior Stylist Kimberly Calouro has the artistic vision and technical skill to make your hair dreams come true. With 16+ years of experience in the hair game, she’s seen and done it ALL. Kimberly spent the majority of her career working and educating an elite salon in the Boston area, where she was able to hone her skills amongst Boston’s top stylists. She has extensive training in both Vidal Sassoon cutting and multiple color lines, specializing in precision cutting and multiple blonding techniques. No matter what type of look you’re going for, Kimberly is ready to make you look and feel your best each and every appointment.

Since the age of 15, Nicole has been immersed in Boston’s hair scene working alongside talented master stylists and quickly developing her passion. Growing up in the industry, she always knew she was meant to be behind the chair.
Nicole specializes in effortless, lived in blondes, natural brunettes, and elevated styling. She loves connecting with her clients while bringing their hair goals to life. There is nothing better than seeing her final results!
Dedicated to growth, Nicole takes tremendous pride in her craft and is excited to continue building her career at LUXE LAB studio! Her mission is simple : every client who sits in her chair leaves confident, polished, and runway ready!

Emi’s passion for hair blossomed as early in her life as she can remember! Lover of redheads, blonding and all things glam, she quickly fell in love with the art behind making people feel beautiful.
From bouncy blow-outs to intricate styling, Emi is all about enhancing her clients’ natural beauty while creating look that lasts beyond her chair.
When she’s not at the salon, you can find her shopping or testing new recipes in the kitchen! Emi is eager to make your hair goals happen, all while keeping you laughing and having fun in the process!
