EMILY HERNANDEZ
OWNER & director
Once upon a time, Emily was a small town girl with big dreams. Since youth, she had a clear vision of the creative path she wanted to follow. Emily moved to Boston when she was 18 years old to fulfill those dreams. Now, with 15+ years of experience working at some of Boston’s most prestigious hair salons, and continual education on trends and techniques, she can do anything for your hair.
Today, Emily is a proud Co-owner at LUXE LAB Studio — specializing in free - hand balayage, maximum blonding, traditional foil techniques, color techniques, and precision haircuts. Emily is certified in Bellami Hair Extension methods including K-Tip, I-Tip, Hand-Tied, and Tape-In. She works with each client individually to provide realistic expectations and delivers when it comes to bringing their vision to life. Her attention to detail, eye for design, patience and dedication to perfection has led to several successful long lasting relationships over the years.
ARIELLE MOYNIHAN

Hair Styling has always been a clear and vibrant second nature for Arielle, Co-Owner of LUXE LAB studio. Having extensive years of experience and training in the industry, she prides herself on asking the proper questions to understand what best fits each individual clients’ lifestyle. She specializes in custom color techniques, precise foiling, blonding, highlights and balayage. As well as gray blending and natural lived-in haircuts.
Arielle's eye for detail helps determine the best possible approach to a beautiful and practical result, providing lasting consistency between each visit to the salon. Her genuine love for hair is demonstrated by her commitment to using high quality color and natural products. This results in her clients having the healthiest hair possible. By continuing education and working with some of Boston's top stylists and acclaimed brands, she feels confident that you will look & feel your best every time you leave her chair!
ERICA HUNTE
Senior STYLIST
Erica is your go-to stylist for beautiful color, styling, and cuts. When it comes to giving clients a look they’ll love, Erica always delivers! With 12+ years of experience in the hair scene training and working at some of Boston’s top salons, she has the tools to give you the hair you’ve been dreaming of. Erica has trained in Vidal Sassoon and Toni and Guy cutting techniques and is well versed in both Wella and Goldwell color lines. She loves foiling and specializes in natural-looking color.
Kimberly Calouro
Master Stylist
Whether you are looking to keep it simple or make a major change, Senior Stylist Kimberly Calouro has the artistic vision and technical skill to make your hair dreams come true. With 16+ years of experience in the hair game, she’s seen and done it ALL. Kimberly spent the majority of her career working and educating an elite salon in the Boston area, where she was able to hone her skills amongst Boston’s top stylists. She has extensive training in both Vidal Sassoon cutting and multiple color lines, specializing in precision cutting and multiple blonding techniques. No matter what type of look you’re going for, Kimberly is ready to make you look and feel your best each and every appointment.
Nicole Aguacia

Since the young age of 15, Nicole immersed herself in Boston’s hair scene working as an assistant to several skilled master stylists. Growing up with family in the beauty industry drove her passion for wanting to become a stylist behind the chair. There is nothing Nicole loves more than talking to clients on while giving them the hair they’ve always dreamed of!
Nicole takes great pride in her work and is excited to grow her career at LUXE LAB studio! Her specialty is “lived-in” blondes, brunettes, and styling. She strives to ensure every client who sits in her chair leaves looking like they’re ready to walk the runway.

Emi’s passion for hair blossomed as early in her life as she can remember! Lover of redheads and all things glam, she knew going to beauty school and becoming a stylist was her calling. From bouncy blow-outs to intricate styling, Emi loves making her clients feel beautiful inside and out. When she’s not at the salon, you can find her shopping ‘til she drops or whipping up a meal in the kitchen! Emi is eager to make your hair dreams happen, all while making you laugh and have fun in the process!
